After the MoU

How We Manage Your Partnership

Signing the MoU is the start, not the end. NEIEA runs the teaching side every day and keeps you informed, so your institution never has to manage the classes alone.

  1. 01A Partnerships Officer for Your State

Your request goes to NEIEA's partnerships team, not the student office, and one officer for your state stays your contact from the first call onwards.

  2. 02A Trained Coordinator in Your Room

One of your teachers becomes the classroom coordinator. NEIEA trains them free in the method, the technology and managing a blended class.

  3. 03Batches and a Fixed Timetable

We register your students, place them in batches by level and agree a timetable slot that fits your institution's day.

  4. 04Attendance in Every Class

Every learner is marked present or absent in every class, so you always know who is attending and who needs a call home.

  5. 05Assessments at the Start, Middle and End

An initial assessment shows where each child starts; periodic and final assessments show progress, and support is tailored to them.

  6. 06Reports and Certificates

You receive attendance and progress reports for your students. Learners with 75% attendance who pass the final assessment earn a certificate.

Who does what

NEIEA signs formal agreements with partner institutions, defining mutual responsibilities to ensure accountability and success. With just a one-time investment of Rs. 1.3 lakhs (~$1500), a standard classroom can be converted into a digital classroom, ready to host NEIEA's programs.

NEIEA Provides

  • Mentor teachers who teach live every day
  • Lesson plans, worksheets and assessments (DOP)
  • Free training for your coordinator and teachers
  • Registration, batches, attendance and certificates
  • Progress and attendance reports for your institution
  • Help finding a sponsor for the classroom setup

  • A fixed timetable slot for the classes
  • Helping students and parents register and attend
  • A named contact person for NEIEA
  • Agreement to the partnership MoU

What It Costs

About ₹500 per child a month (~$6), so a class of 25 costs about ₹12,500 a month. For less than ₹17 a day, a child gets a live expert teacher every weekday, in classes that help them pass the exams that open doors.

Questions institutions ask

Partnership FAQ

What does a partnership cost?

Setting up a digital classroom costs about ₹1.3 lakh (~$1,500), once: screen, laptop, webcam, microphone and internet set-up. If you already have equipment, it costs less. Running the classes costs about ₹500 per child a month, under ₹17 a day (about ₹12,500 a month for a class of 25). We agree with each partner how this is covered: by the institution, a sponsor (CSR, trust, donors) or NEIEA's own donors.

What do we need to provide?

A room with electricity and internet (broadband or a strong 4G connection), one of your teachers as coordinator, a timetable slot, and help getting students and parents registered.

Which subjects and classes?

English, Maths and Science for Classes 1–10, NIOS open schooling (Level A to the Class 10 certificate), computer skills, and teacher training. We plan the mix with you.

When do classes run?

At times agreed with your institution. Our regular batches run in the evening, India time; daytime classes for partner classrooms are planned together.

How do we know it's working?

Every learner is registered, placed in a batch, marked for attendance every class and assessed at the start, during and at the end. You receive reports for your students; certificates need 75% attendance and the final assessment.

Can a madrasa partner while keeping its own curriculum?

Yes. NEIEA's classes fit around the madrasa's religious studies, with the madrasa's own coordinator in the room.

Who handles our request?

NEIEA's partnerships team. Partnership requests go to their own system and are assigned to an officer for your state, separate from student registrations.

Partnering with Charities, Trusts, and Foundations
